What do I need to rent an off-road vehicle
You must be 25 or older with a valid drivers license and a credit card to rent a Rugged Off-Road machine, and all other drivers must have a valid drivers license in order to safely operate one of our machines.
Are there any restrictions on where I can take the rental vehicles?
Yes, vehicles must be operated within legal, designated off-road areas and trails. Maps and guidelines to recommended trails and locations are provided. Vehicles are restricted from driving on public roads and Highways as well as prohibited from driving though national parks and trails unless otherwise posted.
Do you offer insurance for the rental vehicles?
Yes, we offer optional collision damage waiver insurance for an additional fee. This covers any damage to the vehicle during your rental period, subject to the terms and conditions of the rental agreement.
Can I cancel my reservation, and what is the cancellation policy?
Reservations can be cancelled up to 48 hours before the rental period for a full refund. Cancellations made less than 48 hours before the rental start date will incur a 50% cancellation fee.
What safety measures do you suggest for first-time off-roaders
All equipment renters are required to watch a brief training session which explains the risks and rules of operating our equipment. We will provide helmets and necessary safety gear, as well as navigation tools to ensure everyone's safety.
Are there group discounts available for large parties?
Yes, we offer discounted rates for large groups or long-term rentals. Please contact our customer service team to discuss specific details and get a personalized quote based on your group size and needs.
